Biblioweekend 2025
The library will take part in the Swiss libraries’ Biblioweekend at the end of March. The theme this year will be “Words connect Worlds” We will be open on Friday March 28th, Saturday March 29th and Sunday March 30th from 14h till 17h for tea and biscuits, games, quizzes and other surprises
AGM
The AGM of the Library will take place on Thursday April 4th at 2.30pm at the Church Hall of All Saints English Church in Vevey. We hope that many of our members will be there to discuss the future of our organization.
Easter Closure
The Library will close for the Easter holidays on Wednesday 27th March at 16.00 and reopen on Monday 8th April at 9.30. Happy Easter!
New Opening Hours
As of January 2024 the library will also be open on Fridays from 11.00 till 12.30. On Saturdays the library will be open from 9.30 till 12.00 instead of 13.00.

Looking for New Premises
As our building will be completely renovated, the library has to find new premises by 2026. We are looking for at least 80m2 of office space at a modest rent. We don’t need any luxury, but since many of our members are older, the building should be close to public transport and have an elevator. […]
Easter Closure
